Great product.Just as advertised. I wasn't sure what it would be like because the price was a lot lower than other models.Surprise! It was great! Set up in less than a minute. Works great. One suggestion for anyone buying this and any brand. Either buy in addition or make yourself something to adjust the heighth for the front wheel. If not you will be tilted forward and slipping off the seat.

The trainer is incredibly easy to set up. It's easy to figure out the tension (there are barely any directions). I priced several models and read several reviews before my purchase and I am satisfied. The biggest complaint I read, and would have to agree with is the noise. It is very loud, like a vacuum cleaner, but it's not loud enough to stop using. I think my noise level is because I have a mountain bike, smooth tires probably wouldn't be as noisy. Also, if you are a short person, you should invest in the the stack to even out the front tire.

Easy to set-up and easy to use. There is not much resistance if you are an avid biker. If you are looking for something just to get a descent cardio workout it does a good job at that. Best of all you can ride year round and watch your favorite TV shows.

I love it and just what I expected. Easy to set-up and cheaper than buying exercise equipment. when summer comes just take down and ride the bike outdoors. It is noisey - not bad but not silent. But I am just fine with that - just use it to keep the legs and hips moving during the winter months. Remember to get the front tire lift to be stable. Shipping was free so that was also a bonus. My friends are all buying up the same item.

First, its not loud. Even when you are pumping your legs as fast as you can, with mountain bike tires, you can watch TV at the volume you normally would. I have no idea where these reviewers that say its as loud as a vacuum cleaner are coming from.
That out of the way..I love this thing. I picked it up because in the winter months i tend to become a couch potato. But i HATE excersizing. However I look forward to the half hour every night i use this. It gets me off the couch, and gives a great workout. As for easy set up.. how about less than 2 minutes..and that included the time it took me to carry the bike in from the garage. This is a great product.
