Schwinn 17-Function Bike Computer

This broke after 2 months of limited use but I will try again since it is so cheap.

It did work well up until the one time I dropped it.

Well, I have to say I gave up and called mfg to learn how to program the settings. They told me the setting for the mileage/odomotor was incorrect in the instructions...how about that? After walking me through the settings, installation was a snap.

It has too many features (17) and as a result I can't recall how to program them when riding. I should have bought one with only the features I needed.

Will have to call mfg again to rest everything as the instructions are less than user friendly or detailed.

All I really wanted was temp, odomoter, tripometer and speedomeder.

I bought this item for when I hit the bike trails, and I haven't been able to get it to work. I followed the directions exactly as written, and nothing. The battery was brand new and the computer did light up and have visible "writing," but it didn't track anything. I might take it up to a bike shop and ask them if I'm missing something.

Wow, only 10$ But that's $10 you're not getting back when this thing doesn't work. I bought two, one for my wife's bike and one for mine. Neither one work. 17 functions doesn't mean squat if the sensor doesn't work. I followed all instructions and adjusted and fiddled with this for hours. Sorry, but if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

I was very impressed with this computer for my Bike. It even has amoving ciclist on the screen that only moves when you are riding your bike, nice touch. The Functions are amazing! It took me about 3 minutes to figure out the best spot to attach the magnet. For the sensor, it was much easier.
You will not regret buying this gizmo. It even has backlight. I would have preffered some straps to the cable ties included, they work, but I Guess for 10 bucks it is ok!
