iBert Safe-T Front Mounted Child Bicycle Seat

This is probably the best kid seat available. Having said that, you should be careful of a few things...
1. Space between handlebars and the seat is quite small, which means toddlers with big shoes on will get their feet stuck. Leave the boots at home.

2. If you are used to coming off the saddle to put your feet down, lower your saddle. Chances are there won't be enough room for you to do the same maneuver. You really want to make sure you have both feet on the floor when loading and unloading your kid. Yes, do this whilst you are seated to make sure the bike doesn't fall.

3. Just a general tip. Wind can be troublesome for a cyclist. I always put sunglasses on my toddler to keep the wind out of his eyes, and it looks pretty cool as well.

We've been using is pretty much every day for a month or so and have enjoyed every trip so far.

I bought this for my 1 year old daughter after doing a lot of research. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this, plus my daughter loves it. Unlike the rear seats and trailers you can actually interact with your child. The wife and I have Electra Beach Cruisers and it fits perfectly, very easy to take on and off. Also it feels very secure. I recommend this to anyone looking for a kid seat for their bike.

We purchased the iBert seat a last week and went for our first ride this past friday. We were so excited when the package arrived. My husband had it mounted on his bike in just a few minutes and our 15 month old was loaded in to make sure it fit him well. The strap adjustments did take a minute with a squirming little boy but were easy enough. The instructions were clear. We mounted the iBert on a Diamond Back Wildwood it fits great and 6'0 my husband had no problems with riding or steering and our son was so comfortable he was falling asleep. Great seat, great ride!

We just bought the I-bert Safe-T-Seat, and we love it! The installation was very easy. It took about 5-10 minutes. Our 14 month old daughter absolutely loves it. She even fell asleep for 30 minutes while riding in it. I am 6 feet tall, and I did not have to make any significant adjustments in riding style. We tried using a rear-mounted bike seat, but it affected the balance of the bike and we prefer being able to see our child easily rather than having to turn around to see her. We highly recommend this bike seat!

Bought this last August for my son that turned one last September. Didn't get use it a lot last year but he really seemed to like it. This year (now he is 22 months) it is all he wants to do. All he can say everytime you go outside is "bike, bike, bike." My husband and I are both tall (5'10" and 6') and we can bike just fine with my son on the front of my bike. We have to be a little careful with our knees but it really is not a problem at all. I would highly recommend this. We rented and tried a bike trailer first before this and in my opinion this much better. I had a hard time pulling the trailer and your kids are so much more enclosed.
