Planet Bike Beamer 3 LED Bicycle Light with Quick Cam Bracket Mount

I got this baby strapped onto the front of my hog. It is bad ass.

The lighting is ok for letting other drivers to see you coming. Its not too great for lighting a wide area since the lighting is more concentrated in a circular area.

The mounting bracket doesn't hold very tight. I have to adjust it after every ride because the rubber part doesn't create too much friction from keeping the light upright.

The light is great. The clamp for the handle bars leaves something to be desired. It is difficult to adjuct and secure firmly so that the light won't bobble up and down. Whatever happened to metal clamps with a bolt which was far esier to tighten?

I bought this light and made sure the mounting bracket was good. It was. It may need some adjusting once you get it, but it is a simple and very effective design. I bought two lights and the first one needed little adjusting, the second one needed about 5-10 minutes of fiddling/adjusting, but once I got the fit down, it is great. The light is bright, batteries are easily accessible and I'd buy another one if I had a need for it.

This 3-LED Bicycle Light is great, with 2 modes: flashing or constantly on. The easy-to-reach button allows changing modes as you're riding. It's VERY bright, and NOTICEABLE, since I've noticed drivers slowing down at greater distances. I'll switch to the flashing mode if there's a lot of traffic.

Another nice feature of this light is the clear lens on the sides, so some light is cast to the sides of your bike. You get a bright view ahead and some lighting on the sides so even biking on the darkest nights is possible.

The light comes with a quick release on the handle bar clamp, so as you're riding, you can easily remove the light to shine it in another direction.

This is a must for safe biking on the roads!
